Module #11: Marketing for Your Listings Online

If there's only one system you choose to create, implement and follow through with, it should be marketing for your listings. All high-producing realtors have a uniform marketing system in place, and it's PROVEN to work.

This module will teach you how to create checklists for your VA to manage your "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" properties.

Consistently following the checklist and completing the routine for each property will help build your credibility, impress your clients and expand your personal referral base. Your assistant can help you accomplish all of this, freeing your time to do more important things.

Every listing property market should produce at least one listing and one closed buyer sell. Here's how:

  1. Create a system for every "Just Listed" and every "Just Sold" property. Include all of the required routines (like filling out paperwork) and everything you never have the time for (like sending "thank yous" to your sellers).
  2. Then, give the list to your VA to execute. Let them know you expect each item on the list to be completed for each new listing.
  3. Take the time to carefully train them on each point. Use training resources given to you by the ReplaceMyself system to help them understand the details of each task.
  4. Enjoy the benefits and newly freed time.
